This giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored by GreenScapesOS ("Sponsor"), accessible at greenscapesos.com. The Sponsor is solely responsible for the administration of this Giveaway.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS GIVEAWAY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The following individuals are NOT eligible:
- Employees, officers, and directors of GreenScapesOS.
- Immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) of the above.
- Any person residing in the same household as any of the above.
The Giveaway begins on the date that paid 13-Credit Plan subscriptions become available on the GreenScapesOS platform ("Start Date") and ends when GreenScapesOS reaches one thousand (1,000) active 13-Credit Plan subscribers ("End Condition").
No entries will be accepted prior to the Start Date. There is no fixed end date. GreenScapesOS reserves the right to extend or shorten the Giveaway period at its sole discretion with reasonable notice. The mailing address for free mail-in entries will be published at greenscapesos.com when the Giveaway officially begins.
There are two (2) ways to enter:
Sign up for and maintain an active GreenScapesOS 13-Credit Plan subscription at greenscapesos.com during the Giveaway Period. Only the 13-Credit Plan qualifies for entry — monthly or other subscription tiers do not constitute an entry. Each active 13-Credit Plan subscriber receives one (1) entry. Cancelling your subscription before the winner is drawn will disqualify your entry. Entries are not accepted prior to the official Start Date.
To enter without a purchase, hand-print the following on a 3" x 5" card: full legal name, business name (if applicable), complete mailing address, phone number, and email address. Mail it to the GreenScapesOS Giveaway address, which will be published at greenscapesos.com when the Giveaway officially begins. Mail-in entries submitted before the Start Date will not be accepted.
Mail-in entries must be postmarked on or after the Start Date and before the End Condition is reached, and received within ten (10) days thereafter. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per week. Mechanically reproduced entries are not eligible.

Prize values are approximate and based on retail prices at time of publication. No cash alternative or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable. All taxes, fees, shipping, and other costs are the sole responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received on or before the End Condition. The drawing will be conducted by GreenScapesOS or its authorized representative within fourteen (14) days of the End Condition being reached. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be reached within five (5) business days, or fails to respond within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. GreenScapesOS is not responsible for undelivered notifications due to spam filters or incorrect contact information.
To claim the prize, the potential winner must:
- Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within ten (10) days of being notified.
- Provide a valid government-issued photo ID confirming age and US residency.
- Provide a valid Social Security Number or Tax ID for IRS reporting purposes if the prize value exceeds $600.
- Arrange and pay for all shipping, delivery, and/or pickup costs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Sponsor.
The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. GreenScapesOS will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC if the prize value meets the applicable reporting threshold. Winner may be required to provide a completed W-9 form prior to prize delivery.
- GreenScapesOS reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
- Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. GreenScapesOS reserves the right to seek damages in such cases.
- GreenScapesOS's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of GreenScapesOS, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.
By entering, participants release GreenScapesOS, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. GreenScapesOS is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries.
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize, the winner grants GreenScapesOS permission to use their name, likeness, and general location for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
Except where prohibited, as a condition of participating, each entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the state in which the Sponsor is domiciled. All issues shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of that state.
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, or any other social media platform. All questions and concerns should be directed to GreenScapesOS at greenscapesos.com, not to any social media platform.
To obtain the name of the winner, visit greenscapesos.com or send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the mailing address published on greenscapesos.com within thirty (30) days of the End Condition being reached.
